### Requirements:


- **Experience:** - A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the utility or energy sector. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
