Microsoft 365 Support Lead USA

Job Type :- Remote
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with focused on Microsoft 365 preferred.
Expertise in managing complex hybrid environments and advanced cloud infrastructure, including Office 365 issues, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for M365 implementations, upgrades, and migrations, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Extensive experience with Exchange Server 2010, 2013, 2016, and 2019, including advanced troubleshooting, migration, and optimization within Office 365.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.

Proven track record in managing customer relationships and stakeholder expectations, including providing high-level project support and technical guidance.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent preferred.
