Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop a deep understanding of the AI/ML industry, key players, and talent landscape to inform and influence stakeholder decision-making on staffing strategies. Advocate for innovative sourcing solutions tailored to the specific needs of AI/ML roles, emphasizing quality and strategic fit over traditional hiring metrics. Educate and guide business stakeholders on the unique value propositions of AI/ML talent and promote diverse and unconventional candidate profiles that offer competitive advantage. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning: Leverage extensive knowledge of the AI/ML sector to conduct thorough market research, identify talent trends, and forecast future talent needs. Craft and execute dynamic sourcing strategies that address both immediate vacancies and build a pipeline of prospects for strategic growth areas in AI/ML. Outreach and Engagement: Create compelling narratives around our company’s vision and opportunities within the AI/ML domain to attract top-tier candidates. Organize and participate in networking events, conferences, and community engagements to promote our brand and forge relationships with potential candidates. Share knowledge and mentor team members on best practices for sourcing and engagement in the AI/ML industry. Talent Sourcing Expertise: Utilize a consultative approach to build robust networks with both passive and active candidates in the AI/ML field. Craft tailored engagement strategies for high-potential talent, focusing on long-term relationship building rather than immediate hiring needs. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of dedicated experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role with focus specifically on the AI/ML markets OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field AND 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience with a focus specifically on the AI/ML markets. Experience using AI/ML industry knowledge to influence sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes, including examples of innovative sourcing techniques to successfully place candidates in specialized AI/ML roles? Experience using strategic planning skills for talent acquisition activities, such as participating in hiring projects, forecasting future talent needs, or building talent pools for specialized AI/ML roles. Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Certifications or advanced training specific to AI/ML sourcing or recruitment strategies. Established network within the AI/ML talent community. Talent Acquisition IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
