The goal of the User Experience Enhancement team is to make sure platform users are happy and have a good time. We accomplish this by regularly conducting user satisfaction surveys, analyzing user feedback and issues through root cause analysis, and establishing a comprehensive User Experience Measurement system in conjunction with data science. In addition, with the overarching objective of continuously improving the platform user experience, we lead issue governance initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to improve products and systems.

Responsibilities Include supporting the analysis and attribution of metric trends and establishing the NPS survey.
Analyze tickets to find and group problems with underlying causes, and follow up with internal teams to push for fixes to problems that are already known about.
Based on the NPS survey and ticket analysis, identify the requirements of the user and bring up the optimization requirements.
If necessary, assist and support projects that improve experience.

The following are essential qualifications:
At least a bachelor’s degree.
excellent capacity for problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis.
excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Being able to learn, adapt, and collaborate with coworkers in different time zones.
Being proactive, able to work under pressure, taking strong initiative, and owning one’s work
ability to shift twice a month to support customers when needed, which may mean working on weekends and holidays. The morning shift would run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., while the afternoon shift would run from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Preferable Experiences:
internship or work experience in the internet industry that relates to user/platform experience operations.
