### Job Description:


UGI is seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes while working remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to changing situations and tasks in a fast-paced environment, alongside a commitment to delivering high-quality work.


### Key Responsibilities:


- **Administrative Support**: Manage and organize digital files, maintain schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare necessary documentation to ensure effective communication across departments. - **Communication Management**: Handle incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence with clients and team members efficiently and professionally.


- **Data Collection and Management**: Leverage data for decision-making and strategic initiatives; gather, enter, and maintain data in databases or spreadsheets to support management with analytics and reporting.


- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of various projects, keeping track of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.


- **Research**: Conduct research as required to assist in business development initiatives, marketing strategies, and industry analysis to support decision-making.


- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and monitor social media platforms, including content development and engagement strategies, to enhance UGI’s online presence.


- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional support and service to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.


- **Time Management**: Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure a smooth workflow and meet project deadlines consistently.


- **Report Generation**: Compile reports on tasks, projects, and other relevant information as required for team meetings and strategy sessions.

### Requirements:
