Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

Are you passionate about cosmetics? We currently have immediate openings for customer service representatives to answer incoming calls / chats and emails for one of the largest cosmetics companies in Canada.

This is a remote position; however our candidates will need to live in the GTA / Markham area.

As a customer service representative, you will.

  • Assist customers in placing orders, missing orders and promotions issues
  • Answer incoming calls regarding order status
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Basic troubleshooting of customer accounts

To be successful you will need :

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS office tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule between 11 am and 10pm
  • Bilingual is an asset ($25 per hour for Bilingual representatives)
