  4. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve processes and services.
  7. Oversee the training and development of customer service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  8. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for customer service and operations processes.
  9. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient operations.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on customer service and operations performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
  12. Drive a culture of customer-centricity throughout the organization.
  13. Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance customer service and operations processes.
  14. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions.
