### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback via online communication channels, ensuring a seamless client experience. - **Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through personalized communication and proactive follow-ups. - **Issue Resolution:** Actively listen to client needs and concerns, employing strong problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and efficiently. - **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with internal teams to manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. - **Feedback Analysis:** Gather and assess client feedback to identify trends, potential areas for improvement, and to inform future service enhancements. - **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and engagement metrics to keep management informed and guide decision-making. - **Recruit and Train:** Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing best practices in client relations and service delivery.
- **Process Improvement:** Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client service processes and contribute innovative ideas that drive efficiency and improve client experience.
### **Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry or a corporate environment. - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field. - **Personality Traits:** - Independent and self-motivated, showing initiative and resourcefulness. - Energetic with a positive attitude, capable of maintaining enthusiasm in a collaborative setting.
- **Soft Skills:** - Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and manage client emotions effectively. - Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software and online communication tools (such as Zoom, Teams). - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for articulating complex information clearly and concisely.
