Remote Office Administrator - Human Resources (Part Time) | WFH
Become an integral part of our esteemed Human Resources team as a Part-Time Office Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors, fostering a welcoming and professional environment. Your working hours will be from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and the position necessitates onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Welcome and greet visitors, managing HR Department traffic while handling incoming calls with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential support for general office functions and HR administrative tasks, including the management of confidential information and time-sensitive activities.
- Student Employment Support: Facilitate the Student Employment Program for both domestic and international students, ensuring adherence to Federal regulations and assisting with the I-9 process.
- Onboarding Activities: Take an active role in organizing onboarding events, coordinating logistics, presentations, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Off-boarding Process: Manage the return of company assets from departing employees, such as laptops and ID cards, while accurately documenting the process.
- HR Inquiries: Assist employees, students, and affiliates by providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate HR staff for resolution of inquiries.
- Administrative Duties: Support the HR department through various tasks including organizing files, maintaining calendars, managing the HR mailbox, and coordinating office supplies.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with campus partners like IT, Payroll, and Benefits to deliver comprehensive support across all HR functions.
