Our client, a major online chat support provider for online ecommerce stores, is seeking an Entry Level Forum Chat Moderator to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for moderating online forum discussions, providing timely responses to customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive user experience. This is a remote position that offers flexible hours and competitive pay.
As an Entry Level Forum Chat Moderator, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive community of online forum users. You'll work with a team of experienced moderators to ensure that all discussions are in compliance with the company's policies and guidelines. You'll also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all users have a positive experience on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and Moderate Online Forum Discussions
As a Forum Chat Moderator, your primary responsibility is to monitor online forum discussions and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Duties include:
- Reviewing all new posts and comments to maintain a positive and productive community.
